What does parent coaching look like?
While each session is different, the 75 minute session is designed to help you create a coherent narrative of your current parenting challenge, untangling any repressed emotions or limiting beliefs while modeling for you what coregulation, empathy and non-violent communication look and feel like.
Nervous system science, emotional intelligence, brain-science, child development and generational pattern work are all a part of this container.
You learn to center your needs, focus your intention and receive professional support, advocacy, custom education + brief call or text check-in after the session.
