We approach PTSD C-PTSD and other complex challenges as complex, layered, neurophysiological, ancestral and soul-work that takes time, dedication and other holistic practices and life-skills to integrate and heal.
People with severe trauma will be healing as an ongoing process, as this relates to the epigenetic or ancestral components, in addition to collective wound components like historical trauma.
C-PTSD clients can learn to live well and live a full life if you are consistent and devoted to your transformational process, therapeutic protocols and needs, etc.
Healing complex trauma is a way of life that includes relationships, diet, movement, community, faith, connecting with nature, parenting skills, medical care, integrative and empowered wellness education and practices and more.
