You need a willingness to begin and stay committed to the healing process, knowing it will not always be easy or comfortable.
I encourage all clients to invest in a healing journal to write about their processing. Sometimes therapeutic-grade essential oils, professional supplements and or flower essence remedies are suggested to assist with healing. Clients are responsible for additional cost of suggested remedies.

Somatic processing and integration, and healing trauma in general is not easy work, but with persistence, leads to great transformation. If you are noticing movement in the holistic body, if truths are emerging , memories being restored or revealed and old patterns breaking down, as uncomfortable as this can be, these are all indicators that progress is being made and the sessions are working. I practice discernment with clients and aim to make sure ongoing sessions are of mutual fit.

Our work is inclusive and designed to interface with other providers. Clients are encouraged to make their medical or clinical providers aware that they are working with a Certified Somatic Trauma Practitioner, working with cellular memory in the body or soma and the quadrine brain. Though I do not speak directly to providers about a without written consent or Business Records Declaration, I will answer questions about the therapeutic protocol with you when necessary, so you have language another provider can understand.

CPTSD is a complex and chronic neurophysiological and soul-wounding that takes time, dedication and other holistic practices and life-skills to tease out.
People with severe trauma will be healing as an ongoing process, as this relates to the epigenetic or ancestral components, in addition to collective wound components like historical trauma.
People with CPTSD can learn to live well and live a full life if they are consistent and devoted to their therapeutic protocols and needs.
Healing complex trauma is a way of life that includes relationships, diet, movement, community or fellowship, faith, connecting with nature, parenting skills, medical care, integrative and empowered wellness education and practices and more.
Like taking care of our bodies and basic needs, somatic integration is a a tool or wellness practice that can take someone with CPTSD out of severe distress and into learning to live well and explore higher spiritual purposes. There are no limits.
