Fragmentation

When we start to look at our fragmented parts, reclaim our voice moment by moment, one story at a time, it is a lot like picking up shells.  Just holding one might feel apprehensive, fragile, or lost.

But when we gather these parts little by little and bring them back to center and trust them make sense together, in our own design, we open ourselves up to see the beauty and divine potential in our parts.

Gathered at our center we can begin to dream forward, trust, explore, create. We are not broken.  Creation, or, mother earth is not broken.

There is boundless potential for healing and integrating our fragments, and the time is now.

In my practice we move beyond pathology, and begin by bringing awareness and exploring what is presenting itself for a client now. From there, we can go back and look at healing layers of trauma, layers of complexity in the neurobiology.

I model for my clients a curiousness, a willingness and a deep trust in the healing process.  This is a felt sense.

Part by part, moment by moment feeling what one has the capacity to integrate.

Sometimes it is a fracture, sometimes it is a tiny part, sometimes it is a deep, old ancestral story or intergenerational programming longing to find a voice and change.

If we go looking for the perfect shell, or the ‘right’ part of ourselves to heal, we miss the part that is ready, that is there, that when we begin to settle, breathe and listen to the body’s story.
